My wife and I first met Bonnie in 2014, and since then she has become a good friend and neighbor. We first met her when, out of frustration with our then real estate agent in Naples who seemed incapable of understanding what we wanted, we asked other friends for recommendations. Bonnie’s name emerged from that process, and we have been delighted with the result. After a few days spent in intensive visiting of several properties, Bonnie had identified. We located an ideal property for us, and with her guidance were able to buy it at a good price.

Subsequently, she has assisted us in locating an investment property. She later even helped locate a tenant for it, even though she was not being compensated.  In short, Bonnie has been an excellent realtor and good friend. We would certainly plan to use her again if a need arises.

She knows everyone and everything about the Naples market and took the time to really listen to our needs. And her service didn’t stop when we closed. She worked with the adjacent golf course to facilitate the removal and trimming of select overgrown trees to open up a previously hidden water view.

Since we were up north, she cheerfully went to the condo and directed the landscapers from our unit. The result was stunning, enhanced our enjoyment of the condo, and instantly increased our property value. We were incredibly impressed she took the time to do that. To this day, if we need anything, Bonnie is always happy to share contact information for reliable resources who are as trustworthy as she is. We couldn’t be happier.
